I guess if they judge for the AI companies there can no longer be copyright laws at all. I assume microsoft etc will not mind if we copy/paste their crap if this is judged OK? Under fair use of course...
Normally I would say there is no way that copyright laws weaken or go away. Of course, due process laws aren't looking so hot now, so maybe anything is possible.
