Okay, now first, if you’re posting half a dozen times a day (or even near that) on any one platform, including Substack Notes—WOAHHHHH Nelly. Slow that torrent down; it annoys the heck out of most people. Between your posts and your restacks, you can easily inundate someone’s feed if they follow you, and then they’ll unfollow you.
Try two, maximum three sharp as cracked glass posts that you really think through. Have a beginning, a middle, and an end for each —like storytelling. And those micro posts are storytelling. The opening line should be kinda Biff-POW!
Keep it simple, pithy, and focused—no off-topic rambling about all the veggies Aunt Gert brought you from her garden.
Remember to add a quick line about your expertise and qualifications for writing this stuff.
And then the ubiquitous action call: “Have you ever done this?”
